Refund Policy

1. Consulting Refunds

Unused consulting hours may be refundable upon request, subject to a written justification. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

2. SaaS Subscription Refunds

Subscription charges will occur monthly or annually. Cancellations can occur any time. Future billings will cease upon cancellation. Prorated refunds may apply where law requires.
